Minutes of the December 1st, 2010 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:14 PM by President Michael Pellek, who welcomed all
19 in attendance. There followed a flag salute and a moment of silence for those
gone before us. The President thanked
Capt.Ed Nunn and the Madison Fire Department for their hospitality in providing
such a nice space and quality food for our Annual Holiday Party and Election
Meeting. There was yet again no
Secretary Babcock reported on behalf of the Nominating Committee that the candidates as they stand are for: President: Dennis Lonagan and Mike Pellek
Vice President: Vinnie Corsaro and Dennis Lonagan
Secretary: Craig Babcock
Treasurer: Ed Nunn
Eleven members chose to vote on line and there are ballots for all others who qualify and wish to vote tonight.
The Treasurer's report was given and accepted as read
Paul Elenio gave the State Report which is attached.
Pub Ed - this months meeting was cancelled with the next meeting coming up in January.
